1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Strapella. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify the payment; if so, you'll be refunded in full.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Our "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" packs are applied automatically in the basket and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices and end offers at any time; changes won't affect orders already accepted.

4. Delivery

5. Returns and refunds

6. Product information

We make every effort to display colours accurately, but screens vary and pom-pom and bead shades may differ slightly from the photos. Phone straps are accessories: please don't swing your phone by the strap or use it to carry anything other than a phone.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Strapella or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there). If we can't resolve a complaint, you may use the EU/UK online dispute resolution options available to you.
