Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
Delivery options and costs
- 1 + 1 FREE pack (2 straps): Tracked delivery £3.00
- 2 + 2 FREE pack (4 straps) and 3 + 3 FREE pack (6 straps): Tracked delivery FREE
Free delivery applies automatically to orders of £39 or more after discounts.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Tracked delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery can take a little longer; we'll always tell you if that's the case.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number on our Track your order page. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 working days, email info@strapella.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost. Please check the delivery address on your order confirmation carefully — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided, but we'll always try to help.
