How does "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" work?

Every strap you buy comes with a second one free. Choose 1 + 1 FREE (2 straps for £26), 2 + 2 FREE (4 straps for £39) or 3 + 3 FREE (6 straps for £49) on the product page. The discount is applied automatically in your basket — no code needed.

Can I mix colours?

Yes. Pick a different colour for every strap in your pack using the colour selectors under the offer.

Is delivery included?

The 2 + 2 and 3 + 3 packs include free tracked UK delivery. The 1 + 1 pack has a flat £3 tracked delivery charge.

The strap

Will it fit my phone?

Yes — any phone, any case with a charging port. Each strap comes with a colour-matched tether tab that slots between your phone and its case; the gold connector pokes out beside the charging port and the strap clips onto it. It works with iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and every other phone.

Do I need a special case?

No. It works with the case you already own (clear, silicone, leather, MagSafe). The tab is 0.3 mm thin, so your case still closes flush. It does not work without a case.

How long is the cord?

Fully extended it is 150 cm — long enough to wear crossbody on any height. Slide the gold cord cap to shorten it to a neck-lanyard length (about 60 cm).

What is the charm section?

The beaded section (pom-poms, stars and beads) clips on and off with a gold spring ring. Wear it as part of the crossbody strap, on its own as a wristlet, or leave it off for a plain cord.

Is it strong enough?

The cord is high-density braided polyester and the hardware is zinc alloy. It comfortably holds a phone in a heavy case. As with any phone strap, please don't swing your phone by it.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the cord and beads with a damp cloth. Brush the pom-poms gently with your fingers to fluff them up. Avoid soaking, machine-washing or perfume spray on the pom-poms.

Delivery & returns

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent with tracked delivery, which usually takes 3–5 working days across the UK. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any strap in unused condition for a full refund, plus your 14-day statutory right to cancel. Email info@strapella.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

What if a strap arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement straight away, free of charge.
