Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Every order is tracked and you'll receive a tracking link by email once it's on its way. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Returns
Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any strap in unused, resaleable condition for a full refund of the product price. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Email info@strapella.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address and a returns reference.
- Post the item back (we recommend a tracked service). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving.
Faulty or damaged items
If a strap arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund including any delivery charge — whichever you prefer — and cover the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
